MRS Company Partner Service Delegates

Please submit your delegate's details below to reserve places. We will contact you by email as soon as possible to confirm the details of your CPS discount and/or ticket allocation and payment (if required) before confirming your reservation.

*MRS Company Partner (CPS) benefits may include vouchers which can be used towards a place at the MRS Annual Conference at the value of �350 each to cover some or all of the MRS Company Partner rate applicable at the time of booking. Delegate Fees

Please note: All delegate fees must be paid in advance of the event to guarantee entry.

A member of the MRS team will contact you within 48 hours regarding your Company Partner ticket allocation and / or your Company Partner discount.

As the founder of the Fair Data accreditation, you can trust that we will manage and treat your personal data with respect. We will collect, store and manage it in an unbiased and secure way. We will only use your data for purposes that we have informed you about. We will always be transparent about the personal data we collect and how we use it.

We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely and in accordance with all applicable Data Protection legislation.

Cancellations and substitutions Only one delegate may attend per ticket. Substitutions (change of name on ticket) may be made in writing to conference@mrs.org.uk at anytime. Please note that if a non-member is to replace a member, then MRS will invoice for the fee difference. Delegates may only be substituted by colleagues from the same company. All cancellations must be made in writing to conference@mrs.org.uk 28 days prior to the start of the conference. After this time the full fee will be payable.

We are unable to make refunds or cancel invoices for those who cancel within the 28-day period or who fail to attend the event.

Payment As a condition of entry on the day of the conference, full payment must be received prior to the event.
